Digital images must be submitted on the same date as prints and slides, on a USB 2.0 Flash Drive/or sent by email attachment as a JPEG file at a MINIMUM resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels @ 72dpi. Larger images are acceptable; However our Laptop Presentation Software selects a  resolution of 1024 x 768 for Best Projection Performance.

Slides should be in standard (not thin) mounts and spotted on top right corner as projected, (ie inverted as viewed), with the emulsion side towards the screen.

Monochrome prints must contain only one other colour besides white.
