Secretary at the meeting 2 weeks before the competition date. See Programme for date's.

Prints/slides/digital images must be identified with title and Club membership number, but not name, this information to be included in the individual “Filename” on all Digital entries.

Unmounted prints not greater than 18x13cms.

     ( 4 )

Maximum of 3 prints per member.
          ( 5 )    Maximum of 3 Prints (Mono/Colour) plus a Maximum of 3 Slides/Projected
   images.

Maximum of 3 Colour Prints or 3 Monochrome or  3 Slides or 3 Projected images. A maximum of 3 images in total in whichever format.

Minimum print size 18x13cms, maximum mount size 50x40cms.

Digital images must be submitted on the same date as prints and slides on a USB Flash Drive, Memory Card, DVD /CD disc or sent by email attachment. All images must be in JPEG format and have a MINIMUM resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels @ 72dpi. Larger images are acceptable; However our Laptop Presentation Software selects a  resolution of 1024 x 768 for Best Projection Performance.


A general condition is applied to competition entries in that 
“All images are 100% the work of the author”

All images must contain or show a "Title of work" and the "Authors" club membership number. 
(Note: This information must be included in the individual “Filename” on all digital entries supplied on USB Flash Drives, Memory Cards or DVD /CD discs.    

 
 

Slides should be in standard (not thin) mounts and spotted on top right corner as projected, (ie inverted as viewed), with the emulsion side towards the screen.
 

Monochrome prints must contain only one other colour besides white.
